We want you to be happy with your purchases of our products. We're proud of our services and guarantees, and we believe that our customers are more confident to purchase from us by being informed up-front of what to expect.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with the software you purchase from all our direct to consumer portals. Whenever we can, we make trial versions of our software for download from our website, so that you can try the software beforehand and decide whether you want to purchase it. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will either fully refund your purchase price (in the currency the purchase was made in, typically US Dollars), or give you a different product in exchange, as per your preference.

Support and Upgrades
Support for our products is both free and unlimited to anyone using our software, for as long as we continue to sell it. Most support is done via email, although we may also be contacted by telephone (+44 (0)845 2608988) during UK office hours (9am to 5pm GMT/BST).

We will always do our utmost to reply to your within 24 hours of receiving it, if not sooner. but at very busy times it may take us a little longer. If you haven't heard from us within 3 days though, it is possible that either your email or our reply failed to arrive for some reason. If you have an alternate email address them it can sometimes help to try again using the alternative address.

The best way to manage your registrations is by opening a ClickPayGo account. As a member you can view your registration codes, request a resend of your registration email and also easily get a new code when you change your device.

Software License
A purchase of a product is a license to use the product by a single user on a specific device, or for multiple devices depending on the software license policy of the respective developer or publisher of the product (this will be listed on their respective websites). Whilst we do our utmost to provide future compatibility, we cannot guarantee that your purchase will be compatible with a new device that you purchase.

Delivery Policy
All products are delivered via electronic downloads. J2ME products are delivered over the air directly to the customer’s device, via customer collection at our WAP site.

Currencies
Chillingo sets the price of each of the products in US Dollars (and converted to the local exchange rate equivalent based on the exchange rate of the day), and the amount you pay in GBP is calculated by your credit card handling company at the time of purchase.

Please note that all refunds, like purchases, are based on the amount paid in GBP. The fluctuating nature of the exchange rates may alter the end result, and this is unfortunately outside of our control.

Chillingo Ltd is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing the highest possible quality of service. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Information collected
We collect the information you supply to us through enquiry and registration forms, and every time you e-mail us. If you are a registered user (i.e. if you have a ClickPayGo account) we also collect information about where and when you log on, how long you remain connected to the shop.

We also collect information automatically about your visit to our website. The information obtained in this way, which includes IP addresses and browsing patterns, is used in aggregate form to audit usage of the website and cannot be used to identify you.

Use of personal information
We process the information we collect about you for the purposes of providing the best possible service and providing you with information about products and services that we offer. If you are a registered user we also process your personal information so that we can charge you the right amount for accessing the service and to provide you with online information about your account.

How do we protect your data?
When you make purchases with us, we use a secure server. Any payment data you give us is encrypted using a 'Secure Socket Layer' (SSL) session. SSL is an industry standard and is one of the best ways to ensure Internet messages are not intercepted. You should be aware, however, that older browsers cannot use SSL. Our staff and those working for our agents or contractors have a responsibility to keep your information confidential. If you want to know exactly what personal information we hold about you, you can obtain it. If it transpires that the information held is inaccurate, we will make the necessary amendments and confirm to you that these have been made. Please write to Chillingo Ltd, Beechfield House, Winterton Way, Macclesfield, SK11 0LP, United Kingdom enclosing a cheque for the administration fee of £15 made payable to Chillingo Ltd under the terms of the Data Protection Act.
